FlipSide Festival 2018

FlipSide Festival took a pause in 2018, however we were delighted to host the launch of award-winning author and FlipSide patron, Michael Ondaatje's new novel, Warlight. It was a magical evening at The Cut in Halesworth, with Michael in conversation with poet and novelist Blake Morrison and readings by celebrated actor Ralph Fiennes.

Since 2013, FlipSide has brought writers, artists, musicians and thinkers into live conversation for audiences in Suffolk, exploring the questions that shape culture, politics and public life. Intimate in scale and broad in range, our conversations are serious but not stuffy, and accessible without dumbing down - rooted in Suffolk, global in spirit.
