Thank you to everyone who came to our new festival First Light Festival in Lowestoft - it was a magical 24 hours with non-stop arts and science - we were bowled over by the audiences who came from Lowestoft and much further afield, as well as all the wonderful partners who worked with us to make it happen. Have a look at the One Show's film about it: https://youtu.be/Zix4VfxZEoQ
And now FlipSide Festival will be back this autumn on the 16th November 2019 in our new location at the beautiful Henham Park Barns (home of Latitude) for an engrossing and immersive literary experience - information will be coming soon.
We are also keeping busy with our new Windpower project, a schools project linked to Great Yarmouth's history of wind powered energy and its current role as a major base for renewable wind powered energy. The project is in collaboration with the Great Yarmouth Preservation Trust and will result in a piece of kinetic art being installed in the newly restored Venetian Waterways on Great Yarmouth's seafrong.
If you're a school or a community group who'd like to be involved please get in touch.
