Join rap artist Xidus Pain for a fun laid back workshop allowing people to express themselves using Rap, Spoken word or singing. In the Lyric writing Workshops Xidus takes you through various lyric writing exercises which include listening to current and classic Rap and Grime music. Xidus’s approach encourages people to be creative no matter what level they are at and caters for all types of learners.

At the end of the workshops you are given a chance to record your vocals which will be taken to a professional studio to be mixed and mastered for you to keep and listen to.


Xidus Pain is a Music Artist and an Award winning Music Practitioner that was mentored by HipHop legends Sugarhill Gang & Grand Master Melle Mel & he has performed live alongside them.

He gets regular air play on BBC Radio, Heart FM , UCB (United Christian Broadcast), Suspect Packages Radio show, BBC Radio 1Xtra, Itch FM and many other stations.

Xidus has performed all over the UK at venues such as 02 Shepherds Bush Empire, the legendary WARPED Tour at Alexandra Palace, Boom Bap HipHop Festival and countless other venues and events.

As a music Practitioner he has delivered workshops in Primary schools, Secondary schools, PRU’s (Pupil Referral Units), Universities, Youth clubs, Prisons, Festivals and many other settings.

Some of the organisations he has worked with and alongside include the BBC ,the NHS , The National Grid, Peterborough City Council, Cambridge City Council , 20 Stories High ,The Guildhall school of music and drama, Kaplan International Colleges , Wilds Lodge (Therapeutic School) ,Britten Sinfonia Orchestra, Metal, Nacro, Young Lives, The Garage, Nexus fostering, Youth Offenders team, NCS and many more.
